How can I place an order with Verival?
Placing an order with Verival is very easy. Here you will find step-by-step instructions for placing your order with Verival:
1. Browse through our online shop and add your favourite products to your shopping basket with a single click.
2. Click on the shopping basket icon in the top right-hand corner to check your selection.
3. Select ‘Proceed to checkout’, enter your name and delivery address and choose a payment method. You can also redeem voucher codes here.
4. After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
You can place an order with or without a customer account – but having an account gives you advantages such as faster ordering and access to your order history.
What payment methods does Verival offer?
In the Verival online shop, you can choose from several secure and convenient payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Klarna invoice (only available in certain countries)
- Klarna Sofort (only available in certain countries)
- eps bank transfer (only available in certain countries)
- Prepayment (by bank transfer – the order will be shipped after receipt of payment)

All payments are made via secure, encrypted connections. If you have any questions about payment or need assistance, our customer service team will be happy to help.
Can I order on account?
At Verival, purchase on account is not available for private customers in the online shop.
However, we offer the payment method prepayment. With this method, you transfer the amount to the specified bank account after placing your order. Delivery will take place after we have received your payment.
For subscription orders, only the payment methods credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are available.
Business customers (B2B) can pay by invoice at Verival. This requires registration in the B2B shop. After your details have been checked, you will be activated for the shop and can conveniently pay by invoice.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with your order, Verival's customer service team will be happy to help.
How does express checkout work via Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal?
With Express Checkout, you can complete your order quickly and easily – without having to enter your details manually.
If you use Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal, your payment and shipping information will be automatically transferred. Simply select the desired express payment method in your shopping basket or during the payment process and follow the instructions provided by the respective provider.
Important: If you want to redeem a discount code, please enter it in your shopping cart before selecting Express Checkout. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to enter the code after clicking on an express payment method.
Please also note that Express Checkout uses the delivery address stored with the respective payment service. Therefore, please check that this is correct before completing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process your order as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your breakfast soon. Therefore, changes after submitting your order are unfortunately only possible within a very short time frame.
If you would like to change or cancel something, please contact our customer service immediately – preferably by email at shop@verival.at.
I haven't received an order confirmation – what should I do?
Normally, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after completing your order. If you have not received it in your inbox, please check the following first:
- Spam or junk mail folder – sometimes the confirmation ends up there by mistake.
- Email address – did you enter it correctly when placing your order?
If you cannot find the email after a few minutes, please contact our
customer service team at shop@verival.at. Please include your name, email address, and approximate order time so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
We will then check whether we have received your order and will be happy to resend the confirmation—provided that your order was successful.
In some cases, there may also be a payment error with the payment provider (e.g., PayPal, credit card). In this case, the order will not be completed successfully, even if it initially appeared to be. In such cases, no order confirmation will be sent. To check this, please contact us by email at shop@verival.at.
Is there a minimum order value?
Verival does not have a minimum order value for orders placed in the online shop. This means you can order smaller quantities without having to reach a certain order total.
Where can I find my invoice?
The invoice will be sent to you together with the shipping confirmation. You can download your invoice via a link in the shipping confirmation. You can also download all invoices from your customer account.

Are there regular promotions or special offers?

Where can I find out when a sold-out product is available again?
If a product is temporarily out of stock in the Verival online shop, you can simply enter your email address on the respective product page to be notified as soon as it is available again.
To do this, click on the button “Notify me when this item is available again” on the product page and enter your email address. As soon as the product is back in stock, you will automatically receive a message from us.
This way, you won't miss out on restocking your breakfast favorites! 🥣
How do I redeem a discount code?
You can easily redeem your discount code during the ordering process in the Verival online shop:
1. Add your desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. In the order overview field, you will find an input field labeled “Discount code or voucher.”
4. Enter your code and confirm it by clicking on “Apply.” The discount will be deducted from the total amount immediately.
Discount codes are only valid once per customer and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Some discount codes are only valid for certain products or for orders above a certain value.
If your code does not work, please check the terms and conditions or contact our customer service team – we will be happy to help you.
Why do I suddenly have to pay shipping costs after redeeming a discount code?
Please check whether the value of the goods still meets the free shipping threshold (e.g. €40 or more for Austria and Germany) after redeeming your discount code. Please note that shipping costs and free shipping thresholds may vary depending on the country.
How can I receive the free gifts from my shopping cart?
How to receive the free products in your shopping basket – how it works:
From time to time, we will give you a product of your choice with your purchase. Once you reach a certain order value, the selection will automatically be added to your shopping cart.
To ensure that you receive your free product, you must actively select it in your shopping cart. Please make sure that it appears in your order overview and is marked as ‘free’ – only then has it been successfully added to your order.
Why does my free gift suddenly disappear from my shopping cart after redeeming a discount code?
Would you like to receive great free gifts with your purchase from Verival? Then please ensure that you still meet the value threshold for the free gift after redeeming your discount code.
Are the free products in the shopping cart also available for subscriptions?
No, the free products are only available for one-time orders and not for recurring purchases such as subscription purchases.
How do I redeem my gift voucher?
Once you have your Verival gift voucher, you can redeem it directly at checkout. To do so, add the Verival products of your choice to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
In the order overview field, you will find an input field labeled “Discount code or voucher.”
Enter your voucher code and confirm by clicking on “Apply.” The value of your voucher will be deducted from the total amount immediately. If there is any remaining balance on your voucher, you can redeem it on your next order.

Can I use a gift voucher for multiple purchases?
Yes, you can use your gift voucher for multiple purchases in the Verival online shop. The remaining balance will remain on your voucher and can be redeemed with your next order. We hope you enjoy shopping and breakfast!
Can I have Verival products sent directly to someone else as a gift?
Yes, you can easily send Verival products as gifts. Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address during the ordering process. At checkout, you can also specify a separate billing address so that the recipient does not receive any price information. Tip: Our range also includes lovingly assembled gift boxes – ideal for birthdays, Christmas or as a small gift for no special occasion.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Shipments are made from Austria using Austrian Post and its logistics partners. In some cases, shipping may take longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link that you can use to check the status of your delivery at any time.
Which shipping service provider do you work with?

Can I specify a preferred delivery date?
No, Verival does not currently offer a function in its online shop that allows you to select a specific delivery date when placing your order.
For subscription orders, you can adjust the delivery intervals in your customer account to better tailor the delivery to your needs. However, it is not possible to select an exact delivery date.
How will my Verival shipment be packaged?
We focus on recyclability in our packaging and are delighted that our breakfast products have been awarded the “Made for Recycling” certificate. For our shipping, we therefore use 100% filling and packaging material made of cardboard and monomaterials so that it can be recycled as effectively as possible.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
We are very sorry about this! We take great care when packing, but unfortunately, in rare cases, damage can occur during transport.
Please proceed as follows:
1. Document the damage immediately upon receipt—preferably with photos of the package and its contents.
2. Contact our customer service as soon as possible at shop@verival.at and send us the photos and your order number.
3. We will investigate the case and find a quick solution – e.g., replacement, refund, or credit.
Important: Please open obviously damaged packages carefully and keep everything (including the packaging) until the matter has been resolved.
One product is missing from my order – what should I do?
In order to protect your products as best as possible, individual items may be additionally packaged inside the shipping box. Please check the entire contents carefully to ensure that you have not missed anything.
Every product is carefully scanned and documented by us before shipping. However, if an item is missing, please contact us at shop@verival.at. We will investigate the matter immediately and get back to you.

Do I need to create a customer account to place an order?
No, you don't need to create a customer account to order from Verival. You can also shop as a guest and complete your order directly.
Advantages of a customer account:
Although a customer account is not required, it offers several advantages:
View order history: You can view past orders and reorder items.
Faster checkout: Your address and payment information is saved, which speeds up the ordering process.
If you decide to create a customer account, you can do so during the ordering process. You will then be asked to choose a password and confirm your email address.

How can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten the password for your Verival customer account, you can easily reset it:
1. Go to the Verival login page.
2. Click on “Forgot your password?” below the login form.
3. Enter the email address you used to register.
4. Click on “Submit”.
5. You will immediately receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you do not receive an email or continue to have problems resetting your password, please contact Verival customer service.
How can I change my billing and delivery address?
You can easily change your billing and delivery address in your customer account. To do this, log in with your access data, go to ‘Show addresses’ and edit the desired information. You can also delete outdated addresses. You can also change your delivery and billing address during the ordering process if you are logged in to your customer account.
Please always check that both your delivery address and your billing address are correct and up to date before placing an order with us. It is not possible to change the billing address after the order has been placed. If you have already placed an order and need to change your address, please contact our customer service team immediately at shop@verival.at.
Can I place an order without a customer account?
Yes, you can also order without a customer account.
Even if you already have a customer account, you can order from Verival without logging in. So if you have problems logging into your customer account, you can still place your order without logging in.
Is there any advantage to registering as a customer?
Yes! When you register in the Verival online shop, you benefit from several advantages:
- Faster ordering: Your delivery address is saved – no need to re-enter it for your next order.
- Order overview: You can view your previous orders and conveniently reorder items.
- Subscription management. Your breakfast subscription can be managed via your customer account.
Registration is free and only takes a few minutes. Of course, you can also order as a guest without an account – but having a customer account makes it much more convenient.

What products can you buy online from Verival?
At Verival, you will find a wide selection of different organic breakfast products. In our online shop, you will find the following organic products: organic porridge, organic granola, organic muesli, organic protein breakfast, organic children's breakfast, and organic snacks.
Are all Verival products certified organic?
Yes, all Verival products are certified organic and made from 100% organic ingredients.
What is the quality of the ingredients in Verival organic products?
Every product is only as good as its ingredients. That's why we have been synonymous with breakfast products of the highest organic quality for over 30 years. We use only high-quality, natural organic ingredients in all our products and do not use any preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.
How can I try Verival? Does Verival offer trial packages?
Yes, we offer trial packs with a selection of our most popular breakfast products – ideal for getting to know Verival. Our trial packs contain several varieties in smaller pack sizes so you can try them all and discover your favourites.

What sizes are Verival products available in?
Many of our breakfast products are available in different sizes: as a regular pack, single serving (one serving), and as an XXL pack (size approx. 1–2 kg, the exact quantity varies depending on the product).
How are Verival products packaged?
Our porridges, granolas, and mueslis are packaged in an unprinted plastic bag in addition to the cardboard packaging.
This is because our products are very sensitive to various environmental influences (light, oxygen, moisture, etc.). It is therefore extremely important that the packaging has good barrier properties. Otherwise, the shelf life of the products would be significantly reduced, leading to food waste. Unfortunately, this would also be very unsustainable.
We are working intensively on alternative packaging materials. Other packaging, such as biodegradable films, are not yet an option for us, as they unfortunately do not have the right properties and the disposal of the films is not yet properly regulated.
In addition, we avoid plastic in our operations as much as possible, e.g., when shipping our goods.
What quality controls do your products undergo?
Our products undergo comprehensive quality controls throughout the entire production chain. As soon as the raw materials are delivered, they are subjected to a thorough incoming goods inspection to ensure that only flawless, high-quality ingredients are processed. We also carry out ongoing hygiene checks during production and filling.
Before a product leaves our premises, it undergoes a final outgoing goods inspection. All these steps are regularly checked and certified by independent testing bodies – for example, as part of the IFS Audit for Food Safety or in accordance with the requirements of the EU organic label.
This ensures that you can enjoy uncompromising quality with every product.
How are gluten-free products manufactured at Verival?
Before we can manufacture a gluten-free product, we have to carry out a thorough gluten cleaning process to ensure that the limit value is complied with.
This cleaning process takes around 2-3 hours.
Gluten-free products must have a gluten content of less than 20 ppm. This means that a small amount of cross-contamination with gluten-containing grains is permitted.
After production, a sample is always taken and tested for gluten. Only if the product is below 20 ppm is it labeled gluten-free and released for sale.
What is the difference between gluten-free oats and oats?
Many steps are necessary to produce gluten-free oats from seed:
- Check seed for gluten-free grain contamination
- Select fields – no gluten-containing grain as previous crop (or plow fields)
- During vegetation, inspect fields and remove any gluten-containing grain
- Harvesting technique: Clean combine harvesters thoroughly + drive the first combine harvester tank with oats separately from the field and store separately
- Logistics Field – storage: Transport harvested oats exclusively with washed trailers
- Storage: Store oats only in boxes to prevent subsequent mixing via conveyor belts
- Removal from storage: Directly from the box with a forklift truck (washed shovel) onto a washed truck
- If the harvested oats need to be dried, the drying facility must also be cleaned accordingly (similar to a combine harvester)
- Delivery to the processor: Acceptance in a gutter where only gluten-free grain is handled
- Processing: Only on gluten-free equipment
Gluten-free products must have a gluten content of less than 20 ppm. This means that low levels of cross-contamination with gluten-containing grain are permitted.

Why is wheat listed in parentheses in the ingredients list for spelt?
According to the EU Food Information Regulation, cereals containing gluten are among the allergens that must be labeled. Wheat, rye, barley, and oats must be listed as cereals containing gluten. In its announcement of July 2017, the EU Commission recommends that manufacturers clearly refer to the type of grain (genus), i.e. wheat, in the list of ingredients of food products when listing grains such as “spelt,” “khorsan,” or “durum.” As spelt, einkorn, and emmer belong to the wheat genus, we must also indicate this on our packaging.
I have a quality issue with my product—what should I do?
We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with one of our products. At Verival, we manufacture according to the highest quality standards and carry out regular checks to ensure the impeccable quality of all our products. If, however, something is not right, we apologize.
In this case, please contact our customer service team at shop@verival.at with a brief description of the problem, the best-before date, the LOT number (both can be found on the bottom of the package), and ideally a photo of the packaging.
We will address your concern as soon as possible and find a solution as quickly as possible.
How can I ensure that a product does not contain any ingredients or allergens that are problematic for me?
At Verival, we place great importance on transparency and product safety. On every product page, you will find a complete list of ingredients and information about allergens such as gluten, nuts, soy, or lactose. In addition, all potential cross-contamination (e.g., “may contain traces of ...”) is indicated.

Where are Verival products manufactured?
All our organic breakfast products are produced in our own factory in Langkampfen, Tyrol (Austria). Our breakfast products are mixed by hand in our factory, bottled, and then packaged by hand and shipped to you.
How are Verival Bio products produced?
Our breakfast products are mixed and bottled by hand in our production facility, then packaged by hand and shipped to you. We select our high-quality organic raw ingredients ourselves, and by focusing on small, long-term partners, we can trace the origin of each ingredient as far back as possible.

Who develops the recipes for Verival breakfast products?
Our delicious recipes for our porridges, granolas, and mueslis are developed and tasted by our founder Wolfgang Fojtl and our team in Tyrol. We pay close attention to an optimal nutrient composition with high-quality plant proteins, fiber, and the finest organic ingredients.
This means that we control everything from the raw ingredients to the finished breakfast product, enabling us to guarantee the best quality.
How long do your products last?
When you order our products from our online shop, they usually have a shelf life of 6-12 months. In some cases, the best-before date may be shorter. If the best-before date is particularly short, this will be indicated in our online shop.
However, many foods are still edible after the best-before date. It is best to use the “look, smell, taste” method.
What organic certifications does Verival have?
EU organic label and the German organic label. In addition, VERIVAL is certified according to IFS Level 7.
What does organic certification mean?
At Verival, quality, sustainability and responsibility are our top priorities – which is why all our products have official organic certification. This means that we comply with all the strict guidelines of the German and EU organic regulations, from the cultivation of the raw materials to the finished product.
Our organic certification guarantees:

Are Verival products free from pesticides?
Yes, Verival products are free from synthetic chemical pesticides – and that is a key component of our organic quality.
As a certified organic manufacturer, Verival is subject to the strict requirements of the EU Organic Regulation and additional checks by independent testing bodies. These rules expressly prohibit the use of synthetic chemical pesticides and plant protection products in cultivation.
Our products are as natural as possible – for your carefree organic enjoyment.
Does Verival use palm oil?
No – we at Verival do not use any palm oil in our products.
Refraining from using palm oil is a conscious decision on our part. We not only want to offer healthy breakfast products, but also take responsibility for the environment, climate, and social justice.
That is why all our mueslis, granolas, and porridges are 100% palm oil-free – for a better start to the day and a better future.

Which products are suitable for a gluten-free diet?
We offer a wide range of organic breakfast products that have been specially developed for people with celiac disease or a gluten-free lifestyle.
All our gluten-free products are:
- made from guaranteed gluten-free raw materials,
- produced on specially cleaned production lines
- labeled with the gluten-free seal (crossed-out ear of corn).
Particularly popular in our gluten-free range are:
- Gluten-free porridges
- Gluten-free granolas
- Gluten-free mueslis
You can recognize all gluten-free products by the corresponding label on the packaging and in the online shop using the filter function “gluten-free”.
Does Verival offer sugar-free or reduced-sugar products?
Many of our breakfast products contain no added sugar. Instead, we rely on the natural sweetness of ingredients such as dates, figs, apples, blueberries, and raspberries. The sugar content (which is listed in the nutritional information) in our products with no added sugar therefore comes purely from the fruits used.
These products are particularly suitable for people who want to reduce their sugar intake. Here you can find all products without added sugar.
Do you offer breakfast products for children?
Yes, Verival offers specially developed breakfast products for children that are child-friendly, balanced, and delicious—perfect for a good start to the day!
We sought additional support when creating the recipes for our children's products: on the one hand, through extensive scientific input from nutrition experts and, on the other hand, through practical tastings by children aged 6–10. You can find all children's breakfast products here.
Are your products suitable for athletes?
Yes – many of our products at Verival are ideal for athletes and anyone who enjoys an active lifestyle. We also have our own protein range, which is specially tailored to the needs of athletes.
Our protein porridges, mueslis, and granolas provide:
